Primal Nature Playout: Indian Club Continuous Moves


This is a series of continuous moves to perform as either a warm-up, warm-down, or a stand alone Nature Playout. Do between 12-36 reps of each move, feel free to change the order, add more moves. This is just one of my current favorite Primal Patterns. Use a medium weight club of between 8-20 pounds. Focus on excellent form, smooth flow, deep continuous breathing, and joyous movement.
